Korr CardioCoach™ RMR & VO2 Fitness Assessment System & Total Healthcare Interactive™

At Propel Pilates and Fitness we use science to improve the efficiency of your workout and weight loss program. We utilize the Korr CardioCoach™ RMR and VO2 Fitness Assessment System and Total Healthcare Interactive™ Online.

The CardioCoach™ is a clinical quality instrument that measures your RMR (resting metabolic rate) and VO2 (heart and lung capacity). RMR is a measurement of how many calories you need per day to lose weight. VO2 testing will define your target heart rate zones to produce a more efficient cardio workout. We use your specific RMR and VO2 to tailor your workout for your specific metabolic requirements.
