At Propel Pilates we have a variety of small group classes (Pilates Reformer, Pilates X-Treme, and Fitness Boot Camp) designed to help you meet your fitness goals. Class levels range from beginner to advanced. Classes are 50 minutes in length and can be purchased in a variety of packages. Classes are held at regularly scheduled times throughout the day.
Our group Reformer classes utilize the Allegro Reformer with Tower. This is much better than your average “Reformer class” since the Tower allows you to do Cadillac/Trapeze work. This is a full body strength training workout designed to build strength and tone muscles without making you bulky. The workout will improve your joint mobility and flexibility as well as improve posture and stamina. Other apparatus including the BOSU, Pilates chair, fitness circle and bands are often used. Classes are designated as Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Class size: 2 – 7 clients.
Because Pilates is new to most people, we request that clients without previous Pilates experience take a minimum of 3 to 5 private sessions with one of our trainers, prior to transitioning into classes. The private sessions will teach you the fundamentals that are essential for a strong Pilates workout, as well as the operations of the equipment utilized during class.
Pilates X-Treme takes Pilates to the next level. This is a Pilates/Fitness Boot Camp hybrid designed to take you to the next level of fitness. Utilizing every piece of equipment in the studio, this workout will kick your butt like no other. This workout is designed for strong intermediate to advanced Pilates clients. Class size: 2 – 7 clients.
TRX Boot Camp
Shape up and lose weight with this high energy workout designed to improve your strength and burn some calories! Functional training equipment, including TRX straps, BOSU balls, bands and weights are used during the class. No prior experience or private sessions are required to join. Class size: 4 – 10 clients.
